Employee Spotlight: Kara Werner
Celebrating three years at Lakeside! Kara is a material handler at our Goldsmith location. Her journey began as a trayer at the Oak Grove location, then transitioned to an assembler, before landing her current role as a forklift operator and material handler.
Beyond work, Kara is a devoted parent to two amazing boys, aged 15 and 12, and she also cares for her beloved grandmother. Family means everything to Kara.
In her free time, she indulges in writing poetry and stories – a creative outlet that brings her immense joy and fulfillment. You might also catch Kara at the gym, where she strives to maintain a healthy body and mind.
