Dear Valued Lakeside Metal Specialties Customers,

During this Coronavirus pandemic Lakeside Metal Specialties has taken the appropriate measures to ensure health and safety protocols outlined by the CDC are being applied to our daily work environment.

Lakeside Metal Specialties ended work from home protocols and returned to the LMS AR Corporate Office located in Paragould, AR starting on 5/11/2020. A very big thank-you to all our customers supporting our efforts and being patient with LMS during the COVID-19 Outbreak while processing-shipping your orders!

Lakeside Metal Specialties best practices will continue as we return to the office!

1. DISINFECTING: Cleaning protocols are being used to disinfect all common surfaces daily throughout the LMS Organization. Our employees are encouraged to wash their hands regularly, cover coughs & sneezes, and more importantly stay home if sick or ill.
2. TRAVEL: All air travel was suspended on 3/15/2020 and will resume 6/29/2020. We are having our Outside Sales Teams work from home, and we encourage our customers to work with our Teams to conduct future meetings via tele and/or video conferencing.
3. VISITORS: LMS is not currently accepting visitor meetings.
4. REMOTE WORK: We had our Inside Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and other support employees return to the LMS AR Office on 5/11/2020. Outside Sales will continue to work from home offices until 6/1/2020.
5. ORDER PROCESSING: Please keep LMS informed if you temporarily close your business. We do not want to have an order ship then not have the ability to deliver that order to your location. We appreciate your advance help on this one!

With more and more states lifting restrictions on “Stay Safe at Home” orders we look forward the “new normal” and serving our customers.
