Employee Spotlight: Lauren Covington
Lauren joined the Lakeside Metal Specialties team in September 2005 as shipping/receiving coordinator. In her 18 years of being with Lakeside she’s held multiple positions from customer service, to buyer, to her most recent position Materials Manager. In May of 2023 Lauren was promoted to Materials Manager where she will continue to share her knowledge of the Lakeside business. Also, in 2023 Lauren completed Supervisor Academy at Black River Technical College.
Lauren has been married to her husband Christopher for 19 years where they share 2 beautiful girls Lexis and Layton.
During Lauren’s time off you will find her at softball parks across the US, at basketball games, cheer lessons, or spending time in Branson.
